Imossi works very hard at making sure the customer is 100% satisfied.
The customer has 14 days to report any issues/faults they may have experienced with the goods. Full refunds will be granted if reported within the 14 days of receiving the goods.
PLEASE NOTE: Wallets with engraving are non-refundable.
